However, my passion for navigating insurance claims and advocating for homeowners soon led me to a pivotal role in working directly with insurance adjustors on homeowner claims. For the past 3 years, I have been deeply involved in the claims process, collaborating closely with adjusters and my clients to ensure fair and efficient resolutions. My knowledge extends beyond mere claims handling, as I have delved into insurance appraisal and consulting, providing valuable insights to my clients and industry professionals alike. In my restoration career, which began in 2018, I swiftly attained Xactimate certification, demonstrating my proficiency in utilizing industry-standard software for estimating and billing. Over time, my dedication and commitment to excellence has enabled me to reach Xactimate Level 3 Certification, signifying a high level of expertise and mastery in the field. As of 2023, there were only 200 Xactimate Level 3 Certificate holders in all of the United States, so I am among the most qualified and equipped personnel to help you with your claims needs! This achievement has opened doors to working closely with major insurance companies on a daily basis, allowing me to tackle diverse restoration projects with precision and efficiency. As I continue to grow in my career, I look forward to leveraging my skills and certifications to provide exceptional service and deliver optimal results for my clients in need of restoration solutions.
